Socialism is a confidence game to get the people to surrender their freedom to an all-powerful collective.

We are told that we can have Socialist reform and still be a Democratic nation. Deceptive and misguided politicians in both the Republican and Democratic parties, and the International Bankers, tell us that Democratic-Socialism is in the middle of the road between Communism and Fascism, and that we need a Democratic-Socialist state in the 21st. Century with its global economies.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Socialist reform is a means to consolidate and control wealth. Why do you suppose that bankers and the super-rich promote it? Most Americans do not know the history of our money in America and have ceded all control over their financial futures to an elite International cabal of bankers with another agenda.

Socialism is a share-the-wealth program - a confidence game to get the people to surrender their freedom to an all-powerful collective. As a result, through the legislative process, like sheep going to slaughter, Americans are willingly and slowly sacrificing their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness in exchange for the false promises of an increasingly powerful Socialist State.

Simply put, socialism is defined as “a theory or system of social reform which contemplates a complete reconstruction of society, with a more just and equitable distribution of property and labor.” [Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913)] It is an economic system based on state ownership of capital. It is the antithesis of what America is … it is contrary to our capitalistic society.

What socialism amounts to is government ownership and/or control over the basic means of production and distribution of services and goods. This means the government controls everything, including you.

Socialists advocate controlled elections, controlled media, controlled education, the elimination of free speech, disarmament of the population, fiat money, a cartelized health-care system, military imperialism, and global government.

In Socialism everything is regulated by the government and everything you do is monitored by the government. While we may not have yet reached the point where the state tells you what color you can paint your house, how many children you may have, etc., instead the government tells you where you can build your homes, your businesses, and even how much food storage you are entitled to. In recent years, we’ve also witnessed the dismantling of the 5th Amendment as the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the govenment may seize a home, small business, or other private property of one citizen and transfer it to another private citizen - if the transfer would boost the community’s economic development or increase its tax base.

Economist Milton Friedman recently observed that “in 1950, total government spending, federal, state, and local, amounted to less than 30 percent of national income; in 1992, to nearly 45. In addition, government-mandated expenditures by individuals and businesses have multiplied manifold … The U.S. is today more than half socialist, compared to perhaps a third in 1950.” [Rush Limbaugh, See, I Told You So, pg. 267.]

The rate of the transformation has been increased in recent years by the United Nations, whose entire purpose is to implement a Socialist New World Order. We have crossed Bill Clinton’s “Bridge into the 21st Century” built on the crumbled moorings of the past. It is the same bridge built by the “New Deal” of FDR and the “Great Society” of LBJ. These bridges led us in the past to the abyss of unprecedented big government. Our American toll was a loss of freedom and dignity, and our destination decades of encroaching bureaucracy and generations addicted to the hand of government.

There are the social and political voices talking about the unfair distribution of wealth and resources - that a global system of sharing and redistribution could remedy the social problems of cross-national envy, and that if this were addressed, a major component of international strife and war would be removed forever.

Traditionally, Democrats have stood for big government, far-reaching federally controlled and federally funded programs and taxation at levels to match, and Barack Obama promises the same. He called for Americans to “spread the wealth around” in his socialist vision for America.

Originally created to defend and protect, our government is now being asked to provide. In short, many Americans today think the government must be the answer to all societal problems. And as the problems grow, so must the government.

In the simplest of terms, Socialists at every level of government are calling for the federal government takeover of the management of American business, health care, education and the American family. They envision much more than mere renewal or reform; they want to create an entirely new society controlled by a massive Socialist government.

Ludwig von Mises wrote: “On the other hand the application of the basic ideas of collectivism cannot result in anything but social disintegration and the perpetuation of armed conflict. It is true that every variety of collectivism promises eternal peace starting with the day of its own decisive victory and the final overthrow and extermination of all other ideologies and their supporters. … As soon as a faction has succeeded in winning the support of the majority of citizens and thereby attained control of the government machine, it is free to deny to the minority all those democratic rights by means of which it itself has previously carried on its own struggle for supremacy.”

Hope and change can not be achieved through progressive socialist ideologies.

Real hope and change can not be achieved through progressive socialist ideologies. Unlike any other nation, America’s founding was based entirely on the principles of individual freedom, individual responsibility, self reliance and individual achievement; in short, exceptionalism. It is the very core of the American experience and exceptionalism is the engine which drives America and it’s people. Ours is the most successful nation in history because it is the only nation in history to be based on tenets which are consistent with human nature.

You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. In order for one person to receive something without having worked for it, another person worked for, without receiving. The government cannot and has never given to anyone that which the government has not first taken from somebody else; at gunpoint. When policies such as these are advanced unfettered, the time will come when half the people get the idea that they do not have to work, because the other half is going to take care of them. Consequently, the other half will get the idea that it does no good to work, because somebody else is going to benefit from what they work for. When this occurs, it will be the end of this nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.

Democrats seeking reform within the Democratic Party.

Press release issued by Democrats seeking reform within the Democratic Party.

Our Democratic Party representatives in Washington are no longer bothering with letting sound arguments and good reasoning rule the day when they can steal from others to finance their own success, and never mind the truth when our political elite can gain power by lying and manipulation. Pushing and pulling data just like the Republicans, these Democratic Party hucksters press their agenda of fear all the same to their own desired outcomes as well.

Many of us are now ashamed to be democrats. More than that, we have come to fear our own Democratic Party. Hatred and corruption - the roots of socialism - are on the march as they have never been before, and leading this march is our Democratic Party. Increasingly, mainstream democrats are uncomfortable with what they are seeing in our party. All the more, we know it is dangerous.

We as democrats are marching in a parade with people Harry Truman or even Jack Kennedy would not recognize - socialist (also know as progressives). Strangely, without meaning to, we the mainstream Democrats find ourselves representing this “socialist movement.” However, for the socialist within our Democratic Party, there is nothing so strange about it. Socialists have always sought to leverage corruption for the sake of power.

As a result, our Democratic Party has already lost the equivalent of every member we have acquired over the past seven years or more, and many of them are now supporting the tea party. More importantly, a recent Newsweek cover declared, “We are all socialists now.”

Meanwhile our middle-class families are looking for more than empty promises. They want to go back to work. And they want our Democratic Party representatives who run Washington to stop pursuing a big government, big spending agenda that includes a government takeover of health care, stimulus bills, a new national energy tax and taxpayer-funded bailouts.

Looking back, most voters still consider the bailouts of both the finance and auto industries to be a bad idea. By a 2-to-1 margin, voters believe the bailouts hurt the economy in the long run.

In spite of everything our Democratic Party representatives in Washington will borrow $1.6 trillion this year, or about $15,000 for every household in the country. Over the next 10 years our federal government is expected to borrow an additional $8.5 trillion, and this is on top of the 13 trillion we currently owe. These figures are beyond being enormous, especially since we already pay one in seven dollars in interest.

Please see our Democratic Party News section for earlier press releases and information, including videos.

Some democrats do not agree with the Democratic Party representatives in Washington.

We are democrats of the Democratic Party, and we do not agree with our Democratic Party representatives in Washington.

Our Democratic Party has abandoned many of its older principles and ideals, and we as democrats are extremely dissatisfied with the ‘Change We Can Believe In’ politicians and their obsession with making our Nation more like the Europe our founding fathers had left behind.

To all intents and purposes our elected representatives within the Democratic Party are no longer following in the time-honored footsteps laid down by the founding fathers of our great nation. In fact, we as democrats see our elected representatives within the Democratic Party abandoning the principles and values as set forth within the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States.

Most democrats already know their pleas to the Democratic Party are only being answered by repeated insult and injury. Many of our elected officials are no longer thinking of themselves as being our representatives, but instead refer to themselves as leaders in the true form of tyrants.

Without doubt a large majority of our Democratic Party representatives in Washington are tainted by corruption, and the liberals among us are supporting the ideologies of progressives with their agendas based on moving our nation deeper into a socialist form of government. This is a real threat to everything we hold sacred in America, and they are gaining evermore control over our Democratic Party, our Nation, and the American people.

Despite this, we as democrats can restore control of the Democratic Party back to the party members. All we need to do is cut off donations to the national headquarters of the Democratic Party, and make sure donations are made directly to patriotic and honorable Democratic Party candidates that are not corrupt or socialists.

Furthermore, we must encourage and support our Democratic Party conservative constitutionalist candidates to run for office in their state primaries. Too many of us do not vote in our state primary elections, and this is the principal reason why we don’t have patriotic and honorable candidates being elected into government office.

So please help spread the message to every one of our fellow democrats. Also, do not forget to contact and request the Unions and other outside contributors to follow our lead as patriotic Americans.

Thank you, and God bless our Republic of the United States of America.

Is The Cost of Freedom Too High? Totalitarian Socialism is Much Cheaper!

True values do not change. They remain true for every generation. It is unfortunate that each generation closes its mind to history and is doomed to repeat the exact same stupid mistakes of their fathers and grandfathers.

The below video was originally televised October 27, 1964.

President Reagan’s words from this speech are even more important to America today. The numbers may be lower, but the problems faced by our country posed by Liberalism and big Government are the same. This midterm election on November 2, 2010 will be one of the most, if not, the most important election of our lifetime. All freedom loving Americans should take the time to listen to these common sense solutions.

I’m Tired Of Liberal Progressive Marxist Socialists.

Democratic Party Liberal Progressive Marxist Socialists

“I’m 63 and I’m Tired”

Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I’ve worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven’t called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn’t inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there’s no retirement in sight, and I’m tired. Very tired.

I’m tired of being told that I have to “spread the wealth” to people who don’t have my work ethic. I’m tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I’m tired of being told that I have to pay more taxes to “keep people in their homes.” Sure, if they lost their jobs or got sick, I’m willing to help. But if they bought McMansions at three times the price of our paid-off, $250,000 condo, on one-third of my salary, then let the left-wing Congress-critters who passed Fannie and Freddie and the Community Reinvestment Act that created the bubble help them with their own money.

I’m tired of being told how bad America is by left-wing millionaires like Michael Moore, George Soros and Hollywood Entertainers who live in luxury because of the opportunities America offers. In thirty years, if they get their way, the United States will have the economy of Zimbabwe, the freedom of the press of China, the crime and violence of Mexico, the tolerance for Christian people of Iran, and the freedom of speech of Venezuela.

I’m tired of being told that Islam is a “Religion of Peace,” when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family “honor”; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren’t “believers”; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for “adultery”; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur’an and Shari’a law tells them to.

I’m tired of being told that “race doesn’t matter” in the post-racial world of Obama, when it’s all that matters in affirmative action jobs, lower college admission and graduation standards for minorities (harming them the most), government contract set-asides, tolerance for the ghetto culture of violence and fatherless children that hurts minorities more than anyone, and in the appointment of U.S. Senators from Illinois.

I think it’s very cool that we have a black president and that a black child is doing her homework at the desk where Lincoln wrote the Emancipation Proclamation. I just wish the black president was Condi Rice, or someone who believes more in freedom and the individual and less arrogantly of an all-knowing government.

I’m tired of a news media that thinks Bush’s fundraising and inaugural expenses were obscene, but that think Obama’s, at triple the cost, were wonderful; that thinks Bush exercising daily was a waste of presidential time, but Obama exercising is a great example for the public to control weight and stress; that picked over every line of Bush’s military records, but never demanded that Kerry release his; that slammed Palin, with two years as governor, for being too inexperienced for VP, but touted Obama with three years as senator as potentially the best president ever. Wonder why people are dropping their subscriptions or switching to Fox News? Get a clue. I didn’t vote for Bush in 2000, but the media and Kerry drove me to his camp in 2004.

I’m tired of being told that out of “tolerance for other cultures” we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and mandrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in America, while no American group is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.

I’m tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate. My wife and I live in a two-bedroom apartment and carpool together five miles to our jobs. We also own a three-bedroom condo where our daughter and granddaughter live. Our carbon footprint is about 5% of Al Gore’s, and if you’re greener than Gore, you’re green enough.

I’m tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off? I don’t think Gay people choose to be Gay, but I damn sure think druggies chose to take drugs. And I’m tired of harassment from cool people treating me like a freak when I tell them I never tried marijuana.

I’m tired of illegal aliens being called “undocumented workers,” especially the ones who aren’t working, but are living on welfare or crime. What’s next? Calling drug dealers, “Undocumented Pharmacists”? And, no, I’m not against Hispanics. Most of them are Catholic, and it’s been a few hundred years since Catholics wanted to kill me for my religion. I’m willing to fast track for citizenship any Hispanic person, who can speak English, doesn’t have a criminal record and who is self-supporting without family on welfare, or who serves honorably for three years in our military…. Those are the citizens we need.

I’m tired of latte liberals and journalists, who would never wear the uniform of the Republic themselves, or let their entitlement-handicapped kids near a recruiting station, trashing our military. They and their kids can sit at home, never having to make split-second decisions under life and death circumstances, and bad mouth better people than themselves. Do bad things happen in war? You bet. Do our troops sometimes misbehave? Sure. Does this compare with the atrocities that were the policy of our enemies for the last fifty years and still are? Not even close. So here’s the deal. I’ll let myself be subjected to all the humiliation and abuse that was heaped on terrorists at Abu Ghraib or Gitmo, and the critics can let themselves be subject to captivity by the Muslims, who tortured and beheaded Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, or the Muslims who tortured and murdered Marine Lt. Col. William Higgins in Lebanon, or the Muslims who ran the blood-spattered Al Qaeda torture rooms our troops found in Iraq, or the Muslims who cut off the heads of schoolgirls in Indonesia, because the girls were Christian. Then we’ll compare notes. British and American soldiers are the only troops in history that civilians came to for help and handouts, instead of hiding from in fear.

I’m tired of people telling me that their party has a corner on virtue and the other party has a corner on corruption. Read the papers; bums are bipartisan. And I’m tired of people telling me we need bipartisanship. I live in Illinois , where the “Illinois Combine” of Democrats has worked to loot the public for years. Not to mention the tax cheats in Obama’s cabinet.

I’m tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I’m tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor.

Speaking of poor, I’m tired of hearing people with air-conditioned homes, color TVs and two cars called poor. The majority of Americans didn’t have that in 1970, but we didn’t know we were “poor.” The poverty pimps have to keep changing the definition of poor to keep the dollars flowing.

I’m real tired of people who don’t take responsibility for their lives and actions. I’m tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I’m damn tired. But I’m also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I’m not going to have to see the world these people are making. I’m just sorry for my granddaughter.
